The Paradigm Advisory Board provides strategic advice and information to The Paradigm Group. The Advisory Board comprises the two Paradigm Directors and two independent members which effectively complement each other and bring extensive industry experience and knowledge to the organisation.

James Mirams

Paradigm Director and Senior Client Advisor

James has worked in the financial services industry for nearly 20 years. James co-founded Paradigm Wealth Management in 2003 and continues to play an active part in the operation of the firm, both as a Director and a Private Client Advisor. James also drives the Paradigm Investment Committee process, with this committee comprised of highly respected investment professionals responsible for the Paradigm Managed Account Service investment process. James holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University. He has also completed post graduate studies in applied finance and investments (FINSIA) and the Financial Planning Association's Certified Financial Planner professional programme.

Patrick Nalty

Paradigm Managing Director & Client Advisor

Patrick has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. With a history of successfully establishing and building wealth management businesses, Patrick – as Managing Director of Paradigm – is responsible for the strategic and developmental aspects of the broader Paradigm group, as well as heading up the Paradigm Risk Management team.

Bob Neill

Bob Neill, Director of Seaview Consulting, is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Previously he was National Manager of the Adviser Business Centre, a specialist consulting division of MLC.

Andrew Wheeler

Andrew has extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry in Australia and overseas, across share broking, funds management and financial planning.

In 1985 Andrew established Lonsdale Dealer Group and for the following 15 years as CEO of the organisation developed a number of very successful and diverse businesses including investment platforms, software, research and share broking. Prior to Lonsdale, Andrew worked for JB Were in London before returning to Australia to run a family owned Accounting firm which under Andrew’s direction broadened its services to include financial planning thereby become a successful financial services businesses. 

In 2004, Andrew established Dealer Group Advisers, consulting to a large number of national financial advisory groups with respect to strategic development and operational structure.
